      The pay was great and I could pay my bills

      This job is so unprofessional, you train for 2 or 3 days at the most then they throw you out on the floor. You can’t make mistakes or they will move to another DS without training you to handle the DS. Then if they feel like they don’t want to work in sales, they will push you to service where the standards are way worse than sales. After your 90 days are up they will fire and come up with anything to let you go. I worked my whole pregnancy with this company, got up on days I was very sick and still did my job. They make it seem like you’re the issue when it’s the unprofessionalism in the company.

      Prós

      Was able to learn a new system and receive experience within the electronics industry. Created more connections within the transportation industry. In this respect, being a contractor for InFocus was a positive experience.

      Contras

      The culture within InFocus was the worst I've ever experienced though out my 20+ years in the transportation industry. Very few employees had anything positive to say about InFocus which was unfortunate as there are some great people within the company. Even when I was advised my contracted was ending I was told I was lucky to get out. I was told employees who had worked for InFocus for 10 years or longer were considered as "dinosaurs". Later I understood why.
