In my last year, I went to another department to help, and this is what happened: - Lack of permissions to perform tasks: you can't approve clients' changes nor make changes despite repeated requests. - Lack of communication: the team were taking long service leaves consecutively (3 months each) and their Slack accounts were being deactivated, so you will be left with no hands, and you will not get tasks. In this situation, I wanted to resign because the work environment was bad. I respect the company a lot, but it has shown a lack of knowledge and proper evaluation of the situation. In addition, I faced a tough time where I was away from my family, danger was staring at them, and I did not find the right support.
