I experienced many unfavorable conditions while working at Informa with an Executive in Verticals. 1. I was required to perform duties that I felt were unethical, mainly as it related to company finance. On many occasions, I was required to make personal purchases with a company-issued card. 2. If I did not respond to phone calls within six minutes there would be back -to-back phone calls to my personal and work cell phone. The Executive’s expectation was that I be available at all times, day or night, yet this was not outlined in my employment agreement. 3. Daily, I was spoken to in a disrespectful tone accompanied inappropriate language and yelling . 4. I was required to get his lunch in the rain 5. Micromanagement in its highest form
