The people are mostly nice

Merger has been a disaster so far. No attempt at bringing companies together in to one culture. Salaries embarassing. Work hard, do well in annual review, and then get humiliated by being told you didn't qualify for a merit based raise, in addition to the no cost of living increase. No clarity on this process either. People paid wildly different sums for the same job. Job scope expanding into sales and marketing, but no raise for the extra work either. And got rid of the analyst incentive programme with a vague promise it will come back soon... Random RTO mandate when half of colleagues have no team members in the same continent. Laid people off so those left are overworked and stressed about redundancy. Senior leadership spouting the usual corporate BS
