There is no work life balance in this company. Management is squeezing the employees to do the maximum work we can do. Instead of increasing employees in the team, they just ask us to handle the extra workload. Even after raising the issue to management, No action was taken on this issue. With so much workload, employees are not appreciated for their work and If we do some mistake, Then everyone will point out the mistake, Instead of resolving the root-cause of this issue i.e. Workload. Management is not interested in hiring more people even if there is just too much workload. When you are frustrated with workload, You will not get a leave very easily, You need to convince your manager and Still you will hear excuses for not allowing to take the leave.
