When the CEO is present—albeit infrequently—he often interrupts employees with chatter about his upcoming vacations, making it challenging to stay productive. The company also enforces inconsistent rules, where what’s acceptable one day could lead to termination the next. High employee turnover is another major issue, with coworkers regularly quitting or being fired. Additionally, there’s no real opportunity for growth due to a lack of genuine engagement among employees. Although the company claims to have a strong "culture," the reality is a disconnected environment where most people wear headphones and rarely interact.
