The only con is that work depends on the jobs they take on. So the hours aren't consistent.

Had some of the best times working at IDS, its diverse and inclusive at the same moment and the people there, they make you feel like home.

I would say, it was extensive working hours, but for me as long as I love the job and the environment around me, I would love working extensive hours as well!
