Very negative attitudes exhibited, and company is rather reactive to problems, rather than preventative. Company does not seem to have their processes under control, despite what they might tell you. They have lost many customer accounts due to their inability to scale up production effectively and deliver repeatable results. Management and sales are disconnected to engineering and some managers don't even show up to work. Some of their sales technique seem rather deceptive.
