You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.

Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
