      Prós

      Great people, fun/flexible environment, great pay, thoughtful teachers and happy to mentor. I have learned so much while being here and feel that everyone here is happy to teach me all that they can. I have loved working here thus far and don't see wanting a change any time soon.

      Prós

      Bosses are very understanding and have a good sense of humor. Blake is a great boss who listens to his employees and wants them to grow. David Rae is a very helpful boss who will call you to help or walk through things your not sure about. I remember doing PT tests and having to call David multiple times and he was willing to help in any way he could.

      Contras

      The only con of this Job is when it rains a lot and your job site is washed you don’t work and you don’t get paid which is understandable.
