For example, have been told by several in leadership to bounce time I spent organizing my emails around to different clients. - always an overwhelming amount of work and expectations to jump in where needed regardless of what you are doing - management care about their own time more than yours. Does not matter what you have scheduled or what you need done, it’s always put manager asks first, almost always with incredibly little heads up. - I could go on
