You interview great respondents who teach out a lot about life

The salary is significantly under the market, employees are expected to work without any recognition or merit increase for years, there's no transparency with the general managers and the VPs, there is no career growth (as employees are constantly being told that their career progression is dependent on making numbers, which has not happened in the last 3 years). Employees live in constant fear- they tell you that its a permanent position, but don't let them fool you, they struggle to hire candidates and then they fire people constantly. They give people fake promotions and demotions and one of the biggest issues is that they have a retention issue. When I was there, people constantly quit and let go every single month and the people that stayed are so angry, tired, and now are hating the place. I think the biggest issue with the company is that the current managers don't have what it takes to run a company. They haven't had the experience before and it clearly shows with how poor of a turn the company has taken in recent years. I'm glad when I left when I did, I can't imagine how much worse its gotten.
