Cheated in appraisal - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Functional Consultant na empresa Intech Systems

1. Appraisal given but effective from October. Means whatever is given should be considered as half. Reason given Covid 19. Lockdown in India started in March end. You're giving us appraisal for year 19-20. Where we have out our blood and sweat to make you rich people more rich. And you're denying us what we deserve. Giving appraisal is just a scheme here. Two benifits happened. Till October end nobody left the job. Their work didn't hampered and they didn't have to pay appraisal for 6 months almost. They have cheated on us. 2. WE WORK OVERTIME AND NOT PAID A PENNY FOR THAT!!
