While I value being hands-on, organized, and proactive, I encountered challenges with work-life balance, inconsistent management practices, and communication and operational processes that sometimes made it difficult to perform at my best. I also noticed a higher-than-expected turnover, which made it challenging to maintain continuity and stability in my work. Ultimately, I wanted to be in a role and organization where there is clear structure, strong support, and effective communication, so I could fully focus on achieving results and contributing to team success. Leaving was not about dissatisfaction with the mission or people, but about seeking an environment that allows me to grow professionally, add real value, and operate at my highest potential
