      Prós

      This is a good place to learn new techologies. Co-workers are mostly helpful/supportive. Salary is not bad.

      Contras

      The management doesnt have a clue about how to run a business in a professional manner. Micromanagement is rife and arrogance of the management can become intolerable at times. Owners/Partners can be extremely rude and unprofessional sometimes. At the time of the interview they promise that all the training will be provided. They even lie that the first 6 months will be a rigorous training time. Yet it is rare that they will pay for ANY training once you start the job. Ex workers feel sorry for you when they hear that you work at this place!

      Prós

      Opportunity to learn new technologies. Very friendly atmosphere to work with. Co-workers are eager to help and management is always there to listen you. Supportive staff, hr is like a family you never feel pressure. President of the company is the best boss I have ever worked in my career, he is just a friend of all. Managers follow all the new technologies and help stuff to get involved. New investments which company makes on SDN should be appropriated it is all done for staff to learn without any contract .

      Contras

      In each and every company somebody can have personal issues and problems but it can not be applied to whole company. There can be an issue time to time but the best way to solve it is talk to President on time. Cant remember one.
