Someone earning 14 million would go home with 750k at the end of the day, I mean.. where is the rest? Managers are quite poor at developing their teams and sometimes lack inter personal skills leading to to very low retention. Most see Interswitch as a good place to get your hands dirty but that really is it. If you allow yourself to get lost in the work, skill wise you are going to really lag behind in you personal growth
