      Prós

      While most of the personnel are fresh out of college, they are all hardworking and willing to learn. Unfortunately, the opportunity to learn just was not there.

      Contras

      The upper management, specifically the Vice Presidents, turn a blind eye to problems and do not take the time to truly understand the reason for such low forecast numbers.
