Prós

Friendly and approachable colleagues who were supportive whenever I needed help. Exposure to the company’s operations and work culture. Learned soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

Contras

Many assigned tasks were not directly related to my engineering field, so the technical learning opportunities were limited. Onboarding and guidance could be improved to give interns clearer direction. Career development opportunities for interns were not strongly aligned with academic background.

Great colleagues. Yup that's all.

Contras

- No proper working space - Micromanage. Meeting every morning, Must inform your achievement for yesterday's target and your plan for today's target. - No proper prayer room - Need to use own car to meet clients - Had to work on weekend (got 'homework' to do before Monday) - They set ridiculous target for each staff. - Very high turnover rate ... and the list goes on. Listen to me...run! Accept the offer only if you are desperate.
