Prós
Team environment, perks (birthday day off, WFH two days per week, five weeks of annual leave after two years, company car or car allowance), frequent coaching and supervision, group supervision, training and career development. Many teams around social workers to support them such as carer retention team, youth workers, recruitment, adoptions team etc. Senior management is very approachable.
Contras
Usual cons for social work role but not a reflection on Key Assets - sometimes the work is difficult etc. Lack to cultural support, cultural support workers aren't supported and so there's a high turn over of them.
