Low pay, horrible discount for employees, they expect so much that you have to work while at home and off the clock to get everything done, they never want to buy supplies so you end up spending your own money to carry out lesson plans, they try to change your hours at the last minute and don't care about the employees obligations outside of work. They expect you to put the needs of the center ahead of the needs of your own family- and for just over minimum wage! This is a great place to work if you want to be treated like a number instead of an employee! They care about making money but not at all about people.
