Currently, anything BUT flat, fast and focused. Hired a bunch of execs who know nothing of industry or our business. They've destroyed the startup culture. Constant musical chair re-orgs used by these guys to shift focus away from their extremely poor leadership.
Currently, the only way to advance is to be best buds with one of these execs. ZERO interest in organic growth internally.
Attrition is hugely high, yet no one is interested in the cost to our business and culture. Result is constant need to get the next new guy up and running.
