Prós
Industry-leading benefits package, especially medical and dental. Company is professional, and politics were there but not pervasive. Company wants to do a good system integration job for the DoD, but budget uncertainty over the past few years in Congress makes high-level managerial decisions difficult.
Contras
This is a system integrator, so if you are an engineer looking for interesting technical work look elsewhere. Also, there is no grace here if there is a budget cut by the DoD. You'll be given 2-4 weeks to find another position in Lockheed. If you can't (and 2 weeks is hardly enough time), then you are out the door--just like any place else these days.
