Prós
Aero has large long term contracts that historically has provided reasonable job security.
Contras
Manager an above leaders are too fearful of their image that they spend a great deal of their time positioning and covering their rears. This behavior disengages employees and shuts down day to day employee innovations. There are a lot of programs that are given lip service to employee engagement but most of the leaders do not know how to employ the skills let alone believe that they really matter to employee performance. At Ft Worth there are lots of leaders that say "No" to ideas but there are very few that are bold enough to stand up to the system and say "Yes".
