Prós
Good pay, good benefits, great opportunities to do exciting and fun work. Ethics really IS important and not just noise from above. Leaders, for the most part, are high quality.
Contras
Management forced to hold on to dead weight underperformers to keep HR happy and do so at the detriment of the competant, valued workers. More overhead money is spent on a select few than on the training people need to do their jobs.
