When you hire in they stick you on some "meaningful" work until you get fully cleared, 16 months is typical. Culture is atrocious, many creepy old men, absolutely no fun can be had. No swag given out to employees EVER. If you have a good idea and bring it to your manager, you simply are told "Great! Stick to your work" and it dies.
