if you got a family its a great place to work. do your 8 and your outta there. they start with 3 weeks of vacation. decent medical and dental. tuition reimbursment also a plus.
Contras
forms forms and more forms. all the other comments are correct. lots of paper work not alot of engineering. some management is disinterested or maybe apathetic is more apropriate. dont recognize hard work. most reviews are political.
