      Great retirement, lots of opportunities within the company, lots of room for career growth

      Contras

      Very obviously not a software centered company, stuck with old tools and red tape. Upper management just cares about their bottom line and quantity over quality which leads to more rework down the line that may or may not be in the budget.

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Contras

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
