There’s some sort of employee relation team, it’s a joke, treating employees like dirt if the team doesn’t get things their way, just terrible to talk to. Is there anyone black in Human Resources or part of the executive team? Any women on the senior exec team? Don’t expect to come in here and be savvy and introduce new things, there’s a lot of big egos here and if it’s not their idea then they don’t like it, or they’ll be happy to have you do all the work and take the recognition.
