If you hit quota, compensation is good. - Strong investment in enablement and sales/product training - Management has willingness to agree to 'a deal' in order to close business. Good flexibility where there needs to be. Long term view. - Product is best-in-class. We have a clear market and the tools to win business.
Contras
- Product is fully featured but revamp and release of 'modern' tech stack is taking time. It is an unavoidable process.
