Bait and switch! You meet the first staff and the sell you on them trying to help the boys. Once hired you learn your real boss is an ex felon who will degrade and abuse you all in the name of "doing his Christian duty" they don't let you actually help the boys and force you to cruelly punish the boys. They never have your back and ignore if you or the boys get hurt. Very much a cult and and lying to the parents!

they understand the job is rough and try to compensate with a fair hourly wage

barely any benefits. hard and long shifts. unreasonable and unrealistic expectations when it comes to inclement weather. overtly Christian amd anti- Semitic no recourse when a student strikes you and you are unliked by other staff. extreme lack of communication. unclean environment for staff and students
