Contras
Very stressful work environment regardless of whether you're a junior, mid-level, or senior employee. Most projects are short-term (3–4 months), so there is constant pressure to deliver and impress clients. Working weekends is often expected rather than optional. No overtime pay for extra hours; only comp-off is provided, and even that depends on manager approval and project availability. Work-life balance is extremely poor. During my time, working 12–15 hours a day was common. Employees are expected to be available almost all the time, including late nights and early mornings when required. Personal life often takes a back seat due to project demands. Performance ratings do not always reflect the effort put in. Even high-performing employees may not receive top ratings. Employees with low ratings for consecutive review cycles may face termination. No proper bench policy, which creates job insecurity. The overall culture feels like "hire and fire." Benefits and allowances are limited compared to the workload and expectations. Management focuses heavily on client satisfaction, often at the cost of employee well-being
