Absolute lack of accountability, capabilities, respect, empathy, direction, strategy with favoritism on steroids is absolutely magical to witness. We keep running experiences with marketing, growth, operations and it is very hard to differentiate that the state of this org is tragic or comical. The company has completely lost the plot. The leaders talk from a position of authority, throwing jargons after jargons. Close to a decade in business, the company still does not know what it is good at, what does it want to do, where does it want to go. However they know one thing really well - had a bad month - fire juniors. Had a worse month - promote favorites. Had the absolute worst month - go MIA.
