We have employees, teacher users, and student users from all over the world, and work continuously with them to solve the hard problems and work towards a completely satisfying service. Employees develop a good sense of what needs to be done, when, and how, and supported by everyone on all the different teams we have found a way to move things in the right direction. Fundamentally *you* choose where you want to work and apply the skills you want to hone - and by the end you've taken part in something really amazing and made it your own. Every successful startup has growing pains when transitioning into an established business, especially so for tech companies. We are all still figuring out how to make that transition.
