Prós
Working at MidPointe Library is good if you are only needing part time work. As a part timer you can do your short shift and leave and not get involved in all of the toxicity.
Contras
The full time hours are strenuous and they pay is not livable. Going from part time to full time allows you to see how bad upper management is and how little they value you. You will spend all of your time there, make no money, and be in a toxic work environment. Everyone talks about each other and you can be really bored.
