- The relaxed working Environment can be taken advantage of by certain employees unfairly. This does bring a negative impact across the company. - Small company still building its main structure. - Takeover has affected the company and has taken away its unique privately owned approach to the business - Management of younger employees (16-27) should have been better and needs to continue improving
