Prós
Great creative work environment; superior benefits with extremely generous time off. Anyone that works or worked there will tell you that it's the people that truly make the difference. And it's a place that lets you define yourself. Opportunities to pitch outstanding clients and ideas.
Contras
Many of the greats have moved on, through layoffs or new opportunities. Momentum struggles to identify itself, though at it's core it's an event and sponsorship agency, with dabbling in digital and advertising and promotion. Are they an entertainment/content agency? Depends who you ask on what day. Senior management doesn't agree on definition or process, lest it hold them back from ANY revenue potential. Revenue is more important than people.
