You become familiar with a variety of different products Sun/Oracle,Netapp,HP among many more. Very high paced environment to meet and exceed production demands. In layman terms it's like being a short order cook but you're dealing with server instead. The 14 year I've work at Mosaic was all in all a pleasent time.

Really no downside unless you do not like to work hard. And as all employees from all over complain about raises they always could be better.

Ability to source any customers you can (not territory-specifc). Great co-workers that have fun with each other. You have the ability to work remotely if you are in the sales department. Management does their best to help you win business (everyday opportunities and forecasted sales).

Pockets of poor leadership and unfortunately, no training done on product lines or selling.Lack of communication between departments which can sometimes make it challenging to consistently follow through on every order you have going out for a customer while balancing your sales cycle.
