Smart Students: Interacting with high-achieving students can be stimulating. When a lesson clicks, it's rewarding. Practical Training: You receive comprehensive instruction on the specific exam syllabuses, marking schemes, and common student pitfalls. The training gives you immediate confidence in the classroom.

Administrative work: A portion of the job involves administrative tasks, including mandatory student progress tracking and lesson materials update. Managing this alongside a packed teaching schedule, especially during exam period, requires careful time management. Limited Schedule Flexibility: Though it is not a problem for me, the core teaching hours are evenings and Saturdays to match student availability. This may not suit everyone's desired working schedule, though it does allow for free time on weekday days.
