I landed this job after being made redundant due to Covid-19. The interview process was very simple where I had to complete a technical test and then a video interview with the CEO and the technical manager. Im very picky when it comes to a company I like to work for, so just to give out my honest opinion, at first glance when you look up at the company you will find out they have a vision and once you are part of it you will soon realise they also work hard to achieve it. The mood is always very positive with a bunch of very friendly and supportive staff within the team. A great team spirit where everyone chips in to get the work done. I can say that the development side of it, is a very challenging environment where I am constantly learning new skills. If you put in the work you are recognised and noticed. Cannot comment on the office as I have been working from home so far but I know it is very accessible as it is close to all public transports.

At the moment of writing none. One thing I would like to mention is that if you are someone like me who likes to dig and figure out stuff on their own when it comes to programming then this is the right company to work for. Those kind of people tend to learn fast that way.

Natural HR carved out a promising slice of the market and the core product provides all tools necessary for customers. Staff are great to talk to, I missed being in the office and talking between development and support replicating bugs and discussing what the client wants or how something should function.
Contras
Low salary. CEO makes sudden unannounced changes which leave customers and staff bewildered. Sometimes adding more bugs in the process The development team wanted to rebuild the app from the ground up and everyone knows the company needs it but the CEO doesn't want to. Quantity over quality approach to development, many tickets are wanting to be rushed out
