Getting good work is the only Pros here. There had been few good seniors here from whom you could get lots to learn. Some folks get onsite opportunities.
Contras
They believe that no other company has good work and they are doing a service to you by offering you good quality work in which you can learn. They will give you below par salary because they are offering good work ! They have a super high attrition rate. In a small team of 15, almost 8 to 10 exits a year. They are very stingy in attitude. Would keep crap machines, pathetically slow internet (which is a home plan) and their main work requires internet to pen test client sites. There isn't a proper cafeteria to have lunch or tea. You have to wash your dishes and clean table after lunch. This is the only place where people dread to go onsite. You get peanuts in terms of allowances and they send 1 people where 2 people work is there and you are expected to do other office projects on weekends.
