1. Ownership I was allowed to take real ownership of my work, which made a big difference in how engaged and accountable I felt. Instead of just completing assigned tasks, I was encouraged to think through problems, make decisions, and see things through end-to-end. This helped me build confidence and develop a stronger sense of responsibility toward outcomes. 2. A Lot of Learning There was a steep and rewarding learning curve.
