- Made too many changes during 24/25 year, which made it hard for therapists to adapt and implement during the year.
- Contract renewal is presented after the school year, which might make you want to consider other opportunities before the school year ends as a back up
- Management seems to be changing frequently. It is hard to keep up with who to be in contact with for support
