We are unsure as to when you worked for us but in terms of some of your points we recently updated our starting salary for advisors to over £20k which is in line with our competitors an in 2021, we were awarded Network of the Year at the Mobile Industry Awards, for going above and beyond to provide our customers with a top-class network experience, celebrating innovation, customer care, and technical excellence. We appreciate that at times we don't always get things right and customers might not be happy but due to the industry we work in that is part and parcel of the role but as a company we would not tolerate aggressive customers so we hope that if you did experience this that you reached out to your Store Leader for support and advice.
