There is very little structured training, and management is often unavailable when support is needed. Communication can be challenging at times, and expectations are not always aligned with the resources provided. The environment tends to be highly micromanaged, which can make it difficult to work independently.
I worked here as a Software Developer for around 2.5 years. During this time, I gained valuable hands-on experience and had the opportunity to work on a variety of real-world projects that helped strengthen my technical skills. The exposure to different challenges and technologies contributed significantly to my learning and professional growth. I also received good support from teammates whenever needed. Overall, a good place to build knowledge and practical experience in software development.
