I genuinely love working at OSI. The work that I do is fun, and the culture here is positive. There's a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance, there's low turnover, and we're growing at an appropriate pace - not too fast, and not too slowly. The workload is manageable and not overwhelming. I genuinely feel supported and appreciated every day that I'm here. I feel valued and respected. There is nowhere else I'd rather be.

Some people dislike the amount of structure and formality we have. Coming from a company that was in essence a free-for-all, I find this structure refreshing.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful! We have a great culture with fun events, and I can get help with challenges within minutes of asking. My manager is personable, professional, and is helping me learn a lot about accounting. The CEO is friends with everyone and loves to have fun. Overall, a great first job!

The office is a bit far from my house. Other than that, no complaints!
