Furthermore, recognition and praise seemed to be reserved for a select few favored individuals, regardless of their actual contributions, which demotivated others. The turnover of board members every two years led to constant changes in policies and practices, creating a sense of instability and making it difficult to establish consistent strategies. Additionally, meeting the needs of senior management often required working every weekend.
