The work culture here is all work, no play. Everyone seems to be scared. There is little training, barely any support. Very old and backward management style. Expect to master the job within weeks or get the sack. Unreasonable workload. If you do not live and breathe their values, they will get rid of you in an instant without warning with no chance to improve or grow and no opportunity to develop. Expect to do things for the business outside work hours and do weekends. Bonuses get paid once a year. Security cameras installed in the office to keep an eye on the staff. High staff turnover. The owners are ruthless, narcissistic and lack empathy. They don't care that you have a family outside of work, they just want people who will be complete workhorses and that are obedient. Absolute dictator style management.
