The only reason one should join is because you end up having a few fancy client names on your CV A lot of the senior management is actually talented but often are unable to train their juniors because everyone is so overworked

0 work life balance Higher management brags about being diverse and inclusive but is extremely biased towards their favourite employees. Clients are assigned solely on the basis of favouritism, junior employees have NO say on which client they are assigned to which often leads to them being overworked with immense documentation Absolutely no training initiatives for freshers/ junior employees. Employees are often only stuck with seeding and documentation and aren't even given the chance to contribute towards NBD's or writing press releases Employees are severely underpaid for the amount of work they have to do
