Inferior leadership. No Sprint planning, just random tasks and you are expected to work on random things without any transparency and jira tickets. Negligible growth, yearly appraisal are 0-8%(Doesn't beat inflation). Bonus is a complete scam. Your performance bonus is directly dependent on company goals. You are never going to receive the complete bonus, but you may receive zero, if you fail to comply the hybrid model(WFO 3 consultive days in a week), from past 3 years I have receive the bonus below 70%. The April-march cycle bonus get payed on June end, if anyone leaves the org in month of April May or June they are never going to receive the bonus of previous year.
