I honestly don't know where to start. [Do not believe the 4 and 5* reviews, Planit regularly harass employees into giving these positive reviews to raise the average score (I still have the email evidence of this)]. - No training on market requirement. Instead people who haven't really been on the ground for decades decide, and even then rather than use tried and tested established training they chose to go out and build their own based on their lack of understanding. Go forbid you pay for your own relevant training, it's taken as an offence. - The level of misogyny is at levels not seen since the 1970s (union rep shocked at what they saw). - People are told that there are "no finances for promotion", but then watch as promotions are given to friends of the CxO levels. - Salary is paid 2 weeks in advance and 2 in arrears, making leaving a financial nightmare. - Salaries are WAY too high, again making leaving a nightmare. - No modern leadership. - Current board is made up of people who think EXACTLY the same way, meaning it is nothing more than a bunch of people egging each other on. - No checks and balances. - No accountability. - Micromanagement and bullying. - We all believed that when NRI took over the business would go from the Boys Club Start-Up mentality to a professional organisation. It did not. The existing board was allowed to carry on regardless. - The UK office has all but collapsed because the board refused to diversify from Retail clients. - Innovation is stifled. With ideas often shelved for significant periods of time before someone at board or director level "innovating" by using the same idea and even presentations without credit or acknowledgement to the original innovator. - Base mentality is "If we can get away with it we will" - NRI doesn't seem interested in the Northern Hemisphere market at all. - On hiring you'll be told about "great benefits", yet no-one below board & director has been paid a bonus in the whole time I worked there, not even when winning substantial business. - HR are not interested in you as a human. If you are in the UK reading this; - Avoid at all costs. The office has been in managed decline for several years now. If it continues to exist in coming years it will only be as an anchor office for offshore testers.
